These Terms are governed by and construed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the province of Ontario and the federal courts of Canada.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your access and use of our Services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and us on this subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction,
the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our downloadable items are nonrefundable.
